That’s why we created the Final Matters Companion, a new web-based check-in service designed to help individuals who live alone stay safe, connected, and supported.
How It Works
The concept is simple, yet deeply meaningful.
Once enrolled, clients receive a gentle text message at their chosen frequency — daily or weekly — just to confirm that they’re okay.
If there’s no response within four hours, the system automatically sends a second message.
If there’s still no reply, a Final Matters representative will reach out by phone.
And if we can’t reach you, one of our team members will personally check in — and if needed, we’ll contact local authorities for a wellness check.
It’s a system built on compassion, reliability, and genuine care.
